The beaches are one of the biggest attractions from Phuket, with restaurants, stores and nightclubs. Hat Karon is another beach, less commercial.

There are also mountains, preservation areas as well as places to explore. The festivals are an important part of the island’s culture and the holidays offer is big. There is the Vegetarian Festival that lasts 9 days, and in September and October are also a variety of spectacles and attractions.
